So tonight the girls and I sat down to dinner. I try to make a point to sit with the girls at the dinner table each night and we talk about our thoughts or our day. Tonight Ashley and I had a lengthy discussion about whom she loves in our family. She gave me a list and it was apparently in heirarchy of love to her. Ashley's list was as follows:
Alison
Daddy
Alec
Kimmer
Mommy
Wow, I said why was mommy last? She replied with, "because you are too bossy!" I immediately thought this would be a perfect time to discuss the definition of unconditional love. I am not sure that she got it; but by bedtime I was up two spots on the list.
