The last summer trip.

Since this trip was really a last minute plan, we had the best time. The girls were nice and relaxed, they even enjoyed a game of chase with Daddy.

Then they took a break to rest on the Washington Monument.

Tellus Science Museum with the family

For Alec's visit this year, we thought we would do something as a family that none of us has done in Atlanta. We decided on the Tellus Science Museum. By reputation it was suppose to be the most interactive museum around and it was. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Unfortunately this first picture does not display Rusty's experience accurately.

Since Rusty needed a whole bunch of strawberries and blueberries so we decided to go to Adam's Farm, a local farm in Fayetteville. We had a blast.

Since money is so tight nowadays and everything is costing more, I decided to make the dress up dresses for the girls instead donating to Mattel's bottomline. Here are our one of a kind princesses.

Freedom Flowers

Thanks to my best friend, Heather, my family can enjoy a wonderful bouquet of flowers for the 4th of July weekend. They look great next to my freedom tree.
