Snow day with daddy.

This was the first nap after our playtime in the snow.

Luckily, after the nap they both had plenty of energy to play with daddy.

Sled day.

The girls with the snow.

Our snow angels.

When the girls drive me crazy, I will just bury them in the snow.  Ashley loved it, Alison ~ not so much.

Snow/Sled day

We have yet another snow day, but this one is for good reason.  The official snow count at the Sears' house was 9 inches.  If I can get the kids to stop bickering at one another, we are heading out to sled.  Bless their little hearts, the three of us have been staring at each other like monkeys.  But today those monkeys are going to sled their hearts out.
The night before the gorgeous snow fell.
Our beautiful porch swing.
Our driveway, luckily Rusty went to work so I can tell where the driveway is.

Our backyard.

My truck in the morning.

Just a pretty tree in the front yard.

Don't be surprised if this is our Christmas card next year.  Granted, we will photo shop our picture in, but this backdrop is priceless.

My castle.

ANOTHER Snow Day

So we had ANOTHER snow day.  I am running out of things to do, so today we dug out all my old stamps from my scrapbooking days and let them have a blast.  We created their Valentine's and then they just started stamping everything.  Almost time for a hose down and dinner.

Happy 6th Birthday Ashley.

Yesterday, we had Ashley's birthday party.  She invited her friends Avery and Alayna.  They had a blast.  We scheduled the party from 2-4 pm; but the girls were playing so well it continued until about 6 pm.

The birthday cake we created.  It took us hours to get it just right.

Ashley after riding the big girl bike for the first time.  She was a trooper.  She fell three times and then wanted to take a break.
